The pricing policy shall be governed strictly by the terms and conditions set out in the Allotment Letter and Agreement for Sale executed between Lamose Infra LLP and the allottee(s), read together with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and the rules made thereunder.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund and cancellation of allotment, if any, shall be governed exclusively by the terms and conditions stipulated in the Allotment Letter and Agreement for Sale, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the RERA Act, 2016.
Handover Policy
The handover of possession of the apartment or plot shall be as per the terms and conditions specified in the Agreement for Sale and shall be in conformity with the provisions of the RERA Act, 2016.
