The terms and conditions applicable to the allotment of any apartment, unit, or plot shall be governed by the provisions contained in the Allotment Letter, Agreement for Sale, and other definitive documents executed between Lamose Infra LLP and the allottee(s), read together with the applicable provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) and rules made thereunder.
